We are looking for a Senior Retention & Promo Analyst to join our strong Combo Tech team
Responsibilities:
- Daily collection and analysis of statistics for all promotional campaigns;
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of bonuses, free spins, cashback, deposit bonus, reload bonus, and VIP offers;
- Calculation of GGR, NGR, bonus cost, promo ROI, conversion rate, repeat deposit rate;
- Analysis of CRM campaigns and player journeys;
- Analysis of funnels FTD → 2nd deposit → 5th deposit → 10th deposit;
- Identification of unprofitable promotions and ineffective bonus mechanics;
- Detection of anomalies, bonus abuse, and unprofitable segments;
- Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly reports;
- Building dashboards for the management team;
- Preparation of recommendations for CRM, VIP, Product, Marketing, and CEO;
- Participation in the planning of the promotional calendar;
- Analysis of promotion effectiveness by projects, segments, geos, and traffic channels.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an analyst;
- Experience in betting / gaming / fintech / ecommerce will be a big plus;
- Proficient knowledge of SQL;
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills;
- Experience with BI tools;
- Understanding of retention, CRM, and cohort analysis;
- Ability to calculate ROI, LTV, NGR, GGR, bonus cost;
- Ability to work with large volumes of data;
- Ability to not just build reports, but draw business conclusions;
- Attention to detail and ability to find anomalies;
- Independence and proactivity.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in online casino;
- Understanding of wagering, cashback, free spins, deposit bonus;
- Experience in analyzing bonus abuse;
- Experience in building control groups and A/B tests;
- Understanding of the VIP segment;
- Experience working with multiple casino projects simultaneously.
