Java Developer

Location: Remote in RF Company: Urbanist Salary: Negotiable Employment: Full-time (part-time is possible)

We invite an experienced Java developer to join our team.

Urbanist is a technology service that unites venues, events, leisure, and users into a single ecosystem.

We have two areas: Telegram Web App for users - table booking, event listings, collections, recommendations Admin panel for companies - booking management, advertising, analytics

What you will be doing: Development and support of microservices for Telegram Web App and admin panel; Designing APIs and interactions between services; Implementing business logic (reservations, venues, events, advertising, integrations); Working with WebSocket for real-time data updates; Connecting and integrating external APIs (e.g., iiko); Working with Docker, participating in the CI/CD process; Support and development of the architecture.

Requirements: Java + Spring Boot development experience of 2+ years; Understanding of microservice architecture; Experience with PostgreSQL; Knowledge of Spring Security, JWT; REST API integration experience; Ability to write clean, maintainable code; Understanding of SOLID, DRY, KISS principles; Ability to work with Docker and production logs; WebSocket experience; Knowledge of Spring Cloud Netflix stack (Eureka, Gateway, Config Server); Configuring logging and monitoring.

Will be a plus: Experience with integrations with external systems (e.g., POS or ERP); Knowledge of Testcontainers / MockServer / integration tests; Basics of React, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit.
