Web Designer Required for a full-time position on staff in Penza at the office. We are improving our team and constantly looking for professionals/fanatics in their field. We have 2 main areas of activity - web development and online advertising. We are engaged in the development of landing pages, corporate websites on Wordpress and online stores on 1c Bitrix. We also have many clients for technical support and maintenance.
What you will be doing:
- Developing designs for multi-page websites and landing pages in Figma;
- Creating adaptive versions of layouts for computers, tablets, and mobile devices;
- Developing banners, presentations, advertising creatives, and materials for social networks;
- Creating designs for printed materials and preparing layouts for printing;
- Generating images, illustrations, website designs using neural networks;
- Refining generated materials: retouching, styling, adapting to brand identity and project tasks;
- Collaborating with managers, developers, and other team members.
Our requirements for the candidate:
- At least one year of experience as a web designer;
- A current portfolio with examples of websites, landing pages, and graphic materials;
- Proficient in Figma;
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW;
- Understanding of adaptive web design principles;
- Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals and the ability to create intuitive user interfaces;
- Practical experience with neural networks for generating images, graphics, concepts, and website designs;
- Ability to compose prompts, select suitable neural network tools, and refine results into ready-to-use commercial materials;
- Understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy;
- Understanding of layout basics and principles of transferring layouts to developers;
- Independence, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in creating websites using neural networks at various stages: from concept development to preparing graphics and content;
- Skills in creating animations and video creatives;
- Experience in preparing presentations and advertising materials.
