Experience: 3+ years of commercial development. Last year and a half — AI Integration / Backend Developer / Tech Lead in an AI startup. Designed and implemented AI solutions for businesses: from process analysis and architecture to production deployment and maintenance.

What I did: — Developed AI systems for automating sales and business processes. — Integrated LLMs into CRM (Bitrix24, amoCRM). — Implemented a complex system for analyzing calls, correspondence, and documents with notifications to managers about risks and errors by managers in client interactions (violation of promises, internal instructions, lack of response, etc.). — Deployed local AI models (QWEN32, Wisper, DeepSeek OCR) on servers in the Russian Federation to comply with the requirements of 152-FZ. — Designed backend services and AI infrastructure from scratch. — Participated in hiring developers and led project implementation.
