📌Responsibilities:
- Development of AI platform services for creating functional agents, AI assistants.
- Preparation of the back-end for functional agents, including the agent development environment: testing frameworks, opensource agents.
- Development of a service for managing the agent registry and skills.
- Creation of a separate unified service for all knowledge bases, integration of large corporate sources.
🔺Requirements:
- Understanding of the architecture, capabilities, and limitations of modern language models.
- Experience with embeddings, vector search, RAG, structured output, and tool calling.
- Understanding of AI agent design principles: state and context management, tool selection, control of autonomy level, and human-in-the-loop.
- Experience in building evals for LLM systems, evaluating response quality, controlling hallucinations, and monitoring system behavior.
- Understanding of risks of prompt injection, incorrect tool calling, data leakage, and excessive agent access rights.
- Experience with language model APIs, Hugging Face, and one of the orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to evaluate the cost, latency, and scalability of LLM solutions.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or other product highload systems.
- Experience with Airflow, MLflow, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Experience with GPU infrastructure operation and inference optimization.
- Experience with fine-tuning or adapting LLMs, including LoRA / PEFT.
- Experience in designing agentic workflows or multi-agent systems.
- Understanding of information security principles, privacy, and working with personal data.
