Job Responsibilities

• Suggesting new ideas for improving ads monetization set-up;
• Working closely with the production team to ensure ideas are executed correctly;
• Collaborating with the analytical team to define, collect, and analyze metrics affecting LTV;
• Optimizing the current ad stack.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in ads monetization;
• Experience working with ads monetization platforms;
• Understanding of how ads can affect LTV;
• B2+ level of English;
• Fluent Russian is required;
• Technical background is a bonus.
