Computational Complex Operations Team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the backup system (80-90% of working time) and data storage systems;
- Preparing work plans for change requests;
- Executing change requests based on previously prepared work plans (including during maintenance windows);
- Incident resolution;
- Creating profiles for mounting and connecting physical components for equipment installation;
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of backup systems and data storage systems;
- Analyzing the correctness of monitoring readings within the scope of responsibility, formulating tasks for monitoring adjustments;
- Writing automated control scripts;
- Resolving incidents in collaboration with Bank colleagues, software developers, and integrators providing support for complex tasks and incidents;
- Inventorying components within the scope of responsibility, controlling the accuracy of inventory information;
- Maintaining and keeping work documentation within the scope of responsibility up-to-date.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a backup system administrator in a large organization;
- Expert knowledge and experience in administering Veritas NetBackup backup systems;
- Experience administering Oracle, IBM, Dell tape libraries;
- Knowledge and experience administering data storage systems (СХД) from Huawei, Hitachi manufacturers;
- Knowledge and experience administering SAN networks and SAN switches (Brocade);
- Experience administering servers at a level below the operating system (manufacturers such as Huawei, Cisco, Dell, Yadro, etc.).
