Title: Product manager Company: SBER Location: Moscow Experience: From 3 to 6 years

We are "OneWork Platform" — Sber's internal platform that creates a unified user experience for product and engineering teams throughout the entire software development and delivery cycle. We integrate disparate engineering tools and scenarios into a single space, develop seamless Golden Paths, and implement AI agents capable of taking over parts of the user's work. Our goal is to make complex development processes simpler, faster, and as seamless and autonomous for teams as possible.

We are looking for a candidate for a role that involves working directly within the SBER Platform team, helping to address tasks across four strategically important areas for the platform: metrics and data-driven management, feedback and communications, user experience, and on-time team commitment management. If you can think with data, feel the user, and design seamless customer journeys (CJM), and can ensure on-time results, this role will give you the scale for transformations across our entire company.

Responsibilities

Data-Driven Management

· Design and development of ClickStream dashboards: platform metrics, usage funnels, identification of barriers and growth points.

· Analysis of increment release metrics and actual functionality usage after release.

· Preparation of analytics and product insights for CPO decision-making.

· Formulation and verification of product hypotheses based on data.

· Assignment of tasks to analysts and researchers, monitoring result attainment.

Requirements

· Development of CJM for key platform user scenarios, identification of problems and improvement points.

· Joint work with designers on mockups and user scenarios.

· Preparation of UX/UI solutions for review and decision-making by the CPO / product council.

· Monitoring the implementation of agreed-upon user experience improvements.
