We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

If you enjoy working with various tasks – from T&M and fixed price to launching from scratch; quickly getting into the context, negotiating with all parties, and turning "let's discuss" first into clear technical specifications, and then into a quality release, let's get acquainted!

Clients are from USA, Canada, UK & EU, with different domains and project development stages: somewhere we need to gather requirements from scratch, somewhere – to find a balance between "I want it yesterday" and realistic deadlines, and somewhere – to ask the right question at the right time.

We are looking for someone who can be a reliable support for both the client and the team: brainstorm ideas, notice risks before they become problems, and help find the best solutions.

Format: remote/hybrid, EU or BY (with the possibility of business trips to Schengen if necessary).

What's important:

• 5+ years of PM experience in software outsourcing with English-speaking clients;
• English C1 level – so that small talk about cats comes as easily as defending a budget, deadlines, or a proposed solution;
• strong ownership – "someone will figure it out" turns into "let's figure it out," rather than just hanging in Jira;
• AI is part of everyday work, not "we should try it out".
