Regarding tasks: 🟠 Accept initiatives from Product, check the readiness of requirements, and organize their technical elaboration. 🟠 Coordinate complex technical programs between several teams, including autonomous teams and external contractors. 🟠 Formulate implementation plans: estimates, deadlines, dependencies, resources, checkpoints, and critical path. 🟠 Manage the Development production plan, considering the current portfolio, BAU, technical debt, and releases. 🟠 Plan team capacity, identify resource conflicts, and assess the impact of priority changes on deadlines and other initiatives. 🟠 Manage inter-team dependencies, risks, and blockers, initiate rescheduling and escalation when necessary. 🟠 Formulate a clear picture of production for management: status, forecast, risks, limitations, and decisions requiring attention.
