Product Analyst in Trust and Safety
The merged company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed by the merger of two market leaders – IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ. We are now expanding the Trust and Safety team and looking for a Product Analyst for the T&S Analytics Core team, which will be responsible for analytical solutions within the Trust&Safety department. The team's goal is to provide analytical support for new projects and create shared tools that scale the success of individual teams across the entire department.
What needs to be done
- Build and develop a system of product metrics;
- conduct in-depth product analytics and identify growth points;
- develop dashboards;
- participate in the formation of a data-driven culture: highlight insights, defend hypotheses in front of the team, justify recommendations;
- provide analytical support for feature launches;
- develop the department's DWH structure;
- provide analytical support for other departments.
What experience and knowledge are needed
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a data analyst;
- you have the ability to write complex SQL queries and optimize code;
- you have experience building data marts;
- you have a deep understanding of statistics;
- you have worked with BI;
- you know Python and its analytical libraries;
- you have experience working with Clickhouse;
- you have worked with Airflow.
