GORBACHEVA 88 is a brand of collaborations created by Ira Gorbacheva and a team around the idea that partnerships can be more than just commercial integrations; they can be a way to create new meanings, unite people, and produce truly powerful cultural projects.

The team creates collaborations with brands, artists, designers, and other creators for whom it is important not just to release a joint product, but to create an experience that people truly want to live through.

The team wants social media to be more than just a platform for news about new collaborations. They want to talk more about what happens behind the scenes: how ideas are born, who is behind the project, how the items that people want to share are created. They want social media to be a living continuation of the brand, not just its showcase.

This is precisely why the project is looking for someone who is interested not just in managing social media, but in coming up with new formats with the team, noticing stories, turning them into content, and gradually building a real community around the project.

What you will do:

• Develop a social media strategy for the project
• Create a content plan for Telegram, Threads, and other social networks
• Invent new formats and launch them
• Create content: texts, Reels, Stories, and Telegram posts
• Analyze results, test new hypotheses, and develop platforms
• Help turn social media into a space that people genuinely want to return to

It is important that you:

• Know how to build a content strategy, not just create individual posts
• Have a feel for brand aesthetics and understand how the project's philosophy is conveyed through content
• Are willing to propose ideas, make independent decisions, and bring them to fruition
• Can quickly adapt to new tasks and feel comfortable in a dynamic work environment
• Can independently edit short videos or are willing to develop this skill
