From zero. This is a role for someone who uses AI to hire smarter, automate the boring stuff, and find talent before anyone else does.

What you'll own: → Building HR infrastructure from scratch (0→1) → Exec search + tech hiring + volume recruitment — all at once → AI-powered recruiting pipelines & process automation (non-negotiable) → Talent scouting & building pipelines before the need hits → Distributed teams across 2-3+ countries → Coaching C-level, managing chaos, keeping people from burning out

You'll fit if: ✦ You move fast and don't wait for permission ✦ You use AI tools daily — sourcing, screening, analytics, automation ✦ You have a nose for talent and know how to attract people who aren't even looking ✦ Mental health aren't just a job to you — they genuinely excite you ✦ 5+ years in multi-business or portfolio structures
