Our team is actively scaling, so we are currently looking for a strong Head of HR who will help build systematic personnel work, strengthen recruitment processes, and become a full-fledged business partner for managers and teams. ** Your tasks:

🌸Conduct an audit of current HR processes and deeply dive into the business processes of the Mobile Apps department and key performance metrics; 🌸Develop and implement an HR strategy in line with company growth goals; 🌸Build a systematic talent search and attraction process; 🌸Ensure fast and high-quality recruitment of A-class specialists; 🌸Influence the performance of teams through HR tools, processes, and leadership development; 🌸Build and improve onboarding, retention, and employee development processes; 🌸Develop managerial skills of leaders: help build effective management, task prioritization, and teamwork; 🌸Strengthen the company's Employer Brand to attract strong candidates in the Mobile Apps market.

**What is important to us:

****💦HR/People Management experience from 7-10 years; 💦Experience in Mobile Apps / Web 2 Web / Web 2 App; 💦Strong expertise in recruitment and executive search; 💦Practical experience in building HR processes from scratch or scaling them; 💦Understanding of performance management, KPIs, retention, and employee efficiency assessment tools; 💦Experience with HR and business metrics; 💦Experience in developing leaders and supporting managers in team management issues; 💦High level of independence, systematic approach, and results orientation; 💦Ability to act as a business partner and influence decision-making. ** What we offer:
