Head of HR

📍Location: Europe / Latin America 💼 Format: full-time, remote 🌍 International business with a distributed team

Responsibilities: — Build and develop core HR processes, policies, and all stages of the employee lifecycle from scratch — Manage the full recruitment cycle, grading, salary ranges, and approaches to compensation and benefits — Coordinate international employment through EOR, payroll providers, and legal services in different countries — Act as a strategic partner to the CEO on organizational structure and personnel planning

Requirements: — 6+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years managing an HR function or working in a broad HRBP role — Hands-on experience building an HR function from scratch in startups or fast-growing companies — Experience supporting distributed, fully remote teams in multiple countries — Strong business acumen, independence, and English at C1+ level — Experience in Gaming, FinTech, or regulated industries, as well as knowledge of Russian or Spanish, will be an advantage — Mandatory knowledge of the Russian language
