🚀 VACANCY: Middle+/Senior Product Manager (recruitment direction, employer side in a marketplace)!

❗ Experience: Middle+/Senior, 4+ years in product management, of which 2+ in HR-tech, job board, ATS, recruitment or two-sided marketplace. Understanding of the employer's hiring funnel: how they post a vacancy, how they process applications, why they abandon them. Independently retrieve data (Amplitude, SQL), correctly design and interpret A/B tests, conduct interviews with hiring managers and recruiters directly, set tasks for development and design at the requirements level, not wish list.

Will be a plus: experience with ROAS and performance marketing; launching a new direction from scratch; LLM features in production (matching, scoring, text generation); working with recruiters and HR as users; two-sided marketplaces outside of recruitment.

📚 Languages: Russian fluent, English B2+. 🌍 Locations: any with at least 5 hours of overlap with CET business hours. 💼 Conditions: full-time, remote.

Not for you if: you manage a backlog but only touch data through an analyst; your entire experience is in corporate HR-tech (implementations, integrations, customization); you are a recruiter or HR without product management experience; you have only worked in enterprise with long release cycles; you are looking for a project, not a team.
