What you will do:
- Develop AI agents based on modern generative networks (GigaChat and OpenSource);
- Develop a system of offline and online metrics for evaluating the quality of LLM applications;
- Keep track of the latest research and innovations in the field of language models and apply them in practice.
What you need for this:
- Experience in developing end-to-end AI agents for companies, from research to production launch;
- Deep understanding of neural network architecture, transformers, and their application in LLM models;
- Expert proficiency in Python libraries for AI/ML (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn);
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (Docker, LangFuse, Ollama, vLLM);
- High level of statistical knowledge (probability theory + mathematical statistics), deep understanding of key ML algorithms.
