VIM Investments management company is looking for a CPO to play a key role in product management, market research and analytics, as well as ensure interaction between the development team and business units.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of business unit requests, interaction with internal and external contractors, development of a product passport in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements, preparation and defense of presentations on proposed solutions;
- Creation of product presentations, optimization of product line and sales tools, project activities
- Control and organization of the process of development, implementation, introduction and subsequent monitoring of investment products of the management company in the field of asset management, as well as mutual fund products (open-ended, interval, exchange-traded, closed-end with complex structure);
- Maintaining internal documentation for implemented products, guided by internal and regulatory standards;
- Analysis of business requirements and preparation of documentation;
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis;
- Interaction with the development team and stakeholders;
- Participation in defining the product development strategy;
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience working in an investment company or project office in the product sphere;
- Business analytics and research skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks;
- Knowledge of market trends and business processes in the investment sphere.
