We are developing our own AI solutions based on LLMs and are looking for an engineer who wants to grow in the field of AI assistants, RAG, and agentic workflows. The main task is to develop and improve our AI bot on the Dify platform, as well as to participate in the creation of new intelligent products for the company. We need a person who can not only configure scenarios but also bring AI systems to stable, measurable, and maintainable production work.
Tasks
- Development and improvement of AI assistants and agentic workflows based on Dify.
- Design and optimization of prompt logic, action chains, and interaction scenarios.
- Working with RAG: data preparation, chunking, retrieval, embeddings, vector search.
- Connecting and refining external APIs and internal company systems.
- Participation in evaluating the quality of AI system responses: testing, comparing options, analyzing errors, reducing hallucinations.
- Optimization of latency, stability, and predictability of AI application performance.
- Preparation and structuring of data for LLM scenarios.
- Participation in the development of existing AI products and the launch of new LLM-based solutions.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Dify is mandatory.
- Understanding of LLM principles, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Confident Python skills at the level of writing scripts, integrations, and working with APIs.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and the basics of retrieval quality.
- Experience or understanding of evaluating LLM systems.
- Ability to work with data and format it in a way that is convenient for the model.
- Attention to detail, systemic thinking, and readiness to work in a cycle of continuous improvement.
- Interest in AI tools as an engineering product, not just as an experiment.
Will be a plus
- Experience with OpenAI API, Ollama, GigaChat, or other LLM providers.
- Familiarity with LangChain, Flowise, Langfuse, or similar tools.
- Experience with SQL and vector databases.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into internal corporate systems.
- Understanding how to make AI solutions not only functional but also maintainable.
