What is important to us (must have): โ Experience as a System Analyst specifically in the Affiliate / CPA / partner programs field. โ Confident integration design: REST API, HTTP/HTTPS, understanding of sync/async/reactive interactions. โ Ability to choose the optimal integration method (queues, API, file exchange) and justify the choice. โ Process modeling in UML / BPMN and task decomposition into User Stories / Use Cases understandable to developers. โ Systems thinking and ability to negotiate with architects, product managers, and the development team.
