What is important for us (must have):

• ✅ Experience as a System Analyst specifically in the field of Affiliate / CPA / partner programs.
• ✅ Confident integration design: REST API, HTTP/HTTPS, understanding of sync/async/reactive interactions.
• ✅ Ability to choose the optimal integration method (queues, API, file exchange) and justify the choice.
• ✅ Process modeling in UML / BPMN and task decomposition into User Stories / Use Cases understandable to developers.
• ✅ Systems thinking and the ability to negotiate with architects, product, and the development team.
