A Project Manager is sought by the media holding Rambler&Co.
Rambler&Co is the largest media holding in Russia by audience size of digital resources, reaching 40% of the Runet audience monthly. It includes "Lenta.ru", "Gazeta.Ru", "Чемпионат", the LLM portal "Rambler", and a number of other media assets.
Responsibilities:
- Managing advertising projects of all levels of complexity from brief to release (landing pages, promo pages, special projects using existing advertising formats)
- Breaking down large tasks into measurable stages with clear deadlines and responsible parties
- Coordinating all parties involved in project implementation: design, content, editorial, external contractors
- Working with the legal aspects of the project: engaging lawyers, ensuring compliance with advertising legislation and labeling requirements
- Interacting with cybersecurity: approving technical solutions, checking third-party scripts and integrations before release
- Interacting with analysts: monitoring project marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, etc.) to evaluate the results of specific campaigns
- Managing risks and changes in projects: forecasting problems, promptly adjusting plans, finding compromises between deadlines, budget, and quality
- Maintaining project documentation: briefs, roadmaps, meeting minutes, final reports
- Regularly reporting on project status and key metrics (deadlines, budgets, marketing indicators, scope of work)
Candidate Profile:
- At least 1 year of experience as a project manager, project lead, or special project manager in media or a digital agency
- Strong organizational skills: managing multiple projects of varying scales simultaneously without loss of quality or deadlines
- Understanding of the advertising project lifecycle – from idea to post-release, including typical delay points
- Experience coordinating with contractors: creating technical specifications, accepting work, quality control, resolving conflicts
- Basic knowledge of advertising legislation: labeling, placement rules, liability for violations
- Ability to work under uncertainty and quickly adapt to changing priorities, budgets, or requirements
- Proficient spoken and written communication, confident in using Excel and PowerPoint
- Optimism, stress resistance, client-orientation, diplomacy, sense of humor
