Head of Product

🚀 Seeking a Head of Product

A position has opened in Tashkent for an experienced product leader who will be responsible not only for product development but also for the business results and P&L of the cluster.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate product strategy and roadmap
• Be responsible for P&L, budget, and financial models of the products
• Study the market and work directly with clients: discovery, interviews, demos, feedback
• Manage product metrics and test hypotheses
• Coordinate the work of Product Owners and the cross-functional team
• Develop processes, time-to-market, and operational efficiency
• Implement product and AI transformations

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• CPO / Head of Product / Product Director roles
• Product management with real responsibility for P&L
• Product Discovery, roadmap, Lean Canvas, and product analytics
• Managing cross-functional teams
• Working in the banking / FinTech sector of Uzbekistan
• Scrum / Agile and product practices
