Tasks:
- Conduct user experience research using various methods and tools (interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.)
- Work with the team on user experience development — process and challenge briefs, involve clients in the research process, present results to stakeholders and track changes based on research findings
- Systematize data from various sources, develop a knowledge base
Requirements:
- Knowledge of UX research fundamentals and methods of conducting them
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in tools for prototyping and conducting UX research (e.g., Pathway, UX Feedback, Figma)
