🚀 What needs to be done: — Manage advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, App Campaigns). — Work for the UK market with budgets from $50,000–100,000+ per month. — Scale volumes while maintaining target ROAS/CPA. — Deep work with search semantics, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
