We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to strengthen the loyalty service team, used by millions. You will design scenarios, work with the UI and design system, and seek vibrant and emotional solutions for a service used by millions.

You will be a full partner to the product team — with analytics, hypotheses, and independent management of major blocks.

Key Tasks

Designing and developing product scenarios within the loyalty service

Working on UX/UI solutions in conjunction with analytics and product hypotheses

Developing and supporting the design system

Enhancing the visual quality of the product: emotional, expressive UI instead of dry and utilitarian

Participating in the development of team processes and the implementation of modern tools / workflows

Requirements (must-have)

Experience working in a product team

Expressive, emotional UI

Ability to work within the constraints of a design system

Expressive, emotional visuals

Basic understanding of research and solution validation

Use of AI tools for the product process and generation

Autonomy and initiative (soft skills are critically important)

Conditions and Format

Can work fully remotely (Russia only) or visit the office in Moscow. Hybrid is also available.

Schedule: Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 19:00 MSK

We work with the client in an outstaff format for the first 1-2 months, after passing the probation period, you will be employed by the client. Also, during the probation period, you become a full participant in the Pragmatica community and receive maximum benefit from our internal products for designers.

We constantly hold events, futures, launch camps, and training sessions, and often invite speakers. Zhenya Yarovoy is currently releasing the "look n feel" program, a design textbook, to which you will have free access, as well as to "Big Practice".

That is, all documents, payments, educational events, and materials are on our side. Tasks and resources for work are on the client company's side.
