Tasks:
- Fulfillment of pickup point sales plans;
- Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of pickup points in the area of responsibility;
- Active participation in staff search and adaptation;
- Conducting meetings;
- Analysis of "Mystery Shopper" checks, identification of growth points and adjustments;
- Analysis of the competitive environment (competitors' products and pricing policies, service policies, etc.);
- Control of compliance with the job descriptions of pickup point directors.
Candidate Requirements:
- High communication skills;
- Ability to quickly orient in a situation;
- Management: time management, team management, task delegation;
- Knowledge of customer service standards.
- Confident PC skills, knowledge of the MS Office suite
