Main areas of work: • Legal support of development projects; • Land and real estate transactions; • Construction & Consultancy Contracts, including FIDIC; • SPA, off-plan sales, DLD/RERA and escrow; • Corporate and commercial matters; • Claims, disputes, and interaction with external legal consultants.
What is important to us: — 8+ years of relevant legal experience; — significant experience working in the UAE; — practical experience in real estate development is mandatory; — in-house experience with a developer will be a big advantage; — excellent English language skills; — fluency in Russian is mandatory.
