I am looking for a Remote Lifestyle & Expedition Assistant to work with a UHNWI Principal in Europe.

Important: This is not about a list of desirable qualities, but about mandatory requirements for the candidate. The team considers only those professionals who truly meet this level of the role.

This is a position for someone with exceptional composure, a high level of personal maturity, and an impeccable sense of service. Approximately 50% of the time involves accompanying the principal on trips related to various sports, mountaineering, and high-difficulty trekking. The other half of the role involves managing travel logistics, coordinating lifestyle tasks, and providing impeccable support in an international context.

Mandatory Criteria:

• Fluent Russian, French, and English,
• EU passport or valid Schengen residence permit,
• Full readiness for frequent international travel, physical endurance for completing challenging routes,
• 5+ years of relevant experience in UHNW Personal Assistance, Private Aviation, or Luxury Travel Management.

A high level of autonomy, the ability to remain calm under pressure, organization, and a natural ability to solve complex problems without fuss are also important.
