My name is Yuri, I manage a law firm and live with my family in Belgium. I am looking for a person to whom I can entrust work and personal administrative matters.
What needs to be done: • manage the calendar, organize meetings and keep track of deadlines; • assist with documents and correspondence; • organize trips — tickets, hotels, transfers, visa issues and changes of plans; • resolve current personal and family matters: insurance, appointments, reservations, and much more.
Organizing trips is a significant part of the job.
📍 Location and Format Preferably Benelux, UAE, or Cyprus. Other countries are also open for discussion, except Russia. The work is primarily remote.
⏰ Workload Initially, about 20-25 hours per week, with the prospect of full-time employment. The schedule is flexible, but availability during agreed times and the ability to quickly engage with tasks are important. This implies working throughout the week, not just a few fixed hours on specific days.
Requirements: • fluent Russian and English, excellent spoken and written communication skills; • experience as a personal or business assistant; • attention to detail, independence, and organization; • proactivity: noticing what requires attention, suggesting solutions, and bringing matters to completion.
French or Dutch will be a plus.
💶 Compensation Target range — €1,850–2,000 per month for the specified workload. Specific terms are discussed depending on experience and collaboration format.
If you are interested, please write to direct messages and immediately send: • CV; • Your current location; • a brief description of your assistant experience: who you worked with and for how long, what tasks you managed, and what you were solely responsible for; • when you are ready to start and how you can organize your availability during the week.
I would be grateful for recommendations and reposts!
