Executive Assistant

Dear connections,

I need your help.

An acquaintance of mine is looking for a freelance Executive Assistant to help take some of the workload off his plate.

The role would primarily involve:

• Support recruitment, including candidate communication, funnel links, follow-ups, and scheduling
• Monitor and support relevant Slack communication
• Assist with calendar management and coordination
• Handle general administrative and organizational tasks as needed
• Identify recurring tasks that can be taken off manager's plate and help streamline them

Note: The exact scope of the role will be defined and expanded as priorities become clearer after onboarding.

What he’s looking for:

• Fluent English
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Someone who can start ASAP
• Ability to work as an independent contractor/freelancer

💰 Compensation: $1,200–$1,500 USD, depending on experience
