Avto.ru Business is the first data mining platform in Russia, designed for daily efficient management of a used car inventory. The platform helps maximize profit by providing access to objective online data on the automotive market and a range of tools that simplify the processes of appraisal and inventory management.

Our team is engaged in collecting, processing this information and providing access to it for other teams. We have established development and delivery processes — these are classic two-week iterations with planning, backlog grooming, dailies, demos, and retrospectives afterwards. We develop services using modern tools: Python 3.11+, asyncio, FastAPI, pytest, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Ruff, Prometheus/Grafana, Docker, CI/CD. We use modern approaches and patterns in microservices development.

What tasks await you

Backend development and product enhancement You will perform many tasks related both to processing data streams and to participating in the development of product tasks to make the service more convenient for users.

Solving complex architectural issues You will design, develop, and scale microservices, as well as ensure stable operation of components and promptly resolve problems.

We expect that you

• Have over three years of experience working with Python 3 using asynchronous programming
• Are familiar with the architecture and design of high-load and distributed systems
• Have dealt with client-server applications
• Have worked with relational databases and NoSQL
• Know fundamental algorithms and data structures
