International iGaming company is looking for a Team Lead Account Manager to take over the management of the account team, develop the current client base, and grow revenue.
The role is focused on commercial results, systematic work with the client portfolio, and building a more transparent, scalable Account Management function.
⚡️What you will do:
— Be responsible for revenue from existing clients; — Analyze the client portfolio: retention, churn, upsell, cross-sell, LTV, revenue growth; — Identify growth points and risk areas in the client base; — Formulate development plans for key clients and segments; — Conduct business reviews of the client portfolio; — Manage a team of Account Managers of 7 people; — Set goals and KPIs, monitor results, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews; — Develop the team, enhance the commercial thinking and independence of AM managers; — Engage with key clients, complex negotiations, and escalations; — Build processes, reporting, CRM discipline, and a transparent system for managing the AM function; — Work with analytics and make data-driven decisions.
💥What is important in terms of experience:
— 5–7 years in Account Management / Customer Success / Client Management; — From 3 years in a management position; — Experience being responsible for the commercial performance of the client portfolio; — Understanding of retention, churn, LTV, upsell, cross-sell, revenue growth; — Experience in setting KPIs and monitoring team performance; — Confident work with CRM, Excel / Google Sheets; — Experience with BI systems: Power BI, Tableau or similar; — Strong negotiation skills; — English from B2; — Ability to work with data, decompose goals, and make decisions under uncertainty.
