We are looking for a Head of Product Unit for Parts (Product Unit Lead) at Avito Goods.

The Parts category on Avito leads the markets for used and new parts. We have the largest assortment of tens of millions of listings, and our product development is competitive with specialized platforms and marketplaces. The product and category are actively developing, and many cool things have already been launched: Avito Garage, the best compatibility database on the market, manufacturer warranties for parts, which we actively promote in our advertising campaigns.

In the coming years, there are many more challenges ahead: improving the quality of search and compatibility of parts, developing in the commercial vehicle market, step-by-step improving the overall experience of buying and selling parts, and generally moving towards creating a product for daily car ownership. Avito Garage virtually parks 20% of the car market, but we want more!

What you will do:

• Build the product strategy for the unit and keep it aligned with business goals,
• Launch category and cross-category initiatives,
• Ensure progress on business goals,
• Develop a team of 5 product managers.

Requirements:

• Strong product background
• Understanding of e-commerce / marketplaces; experience in auto parts or complex catalogs will be a big plus, but not required
