About the Team

Researchers at T-Data are strategic partners to CPO, helping to find and identify growth opportunities for the business through a deep understanding of customers, their behavior patterns, and market needs. Researchers work at the intersection of product analytics and Growth research, and are responsible for finding and validating hypotheses, developing customer segmentation, and conducting research that helps product verticals grow and make decisions based on data and real user needs. We are currently looking for a strong Senior / Lead to head the Growth & CX analytics stream for the Transactions domain and scale the best Discovery practices, directly impacting P&L and strategic decisions of top management.

Who we are looking for

We need a mature leader at the Senior / Lead level who has a strong analytical foundation, thinks in terms of business and strategy, and can tame product chaos through their team. It is important for us not just to analyze data, but to find growth points for products ecosystemically, form hypotheses, and help turn them into real product initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CX/Growth analytics, of which 1+ year in a TL / mentor role
• Deep understanding of Unit Economics and P&L, with cases of "almost money" attribution
• Extensive experience in conducting research and interviews (PMF, Benchmarking, JTBD, CustDev)
• Experience in experiment design (A/B, Causal Inference, Uplift) and selection of statistical criteria
• Experience in collecting and harmonizing Metrics Tree, defining NSM for a group of products
• Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions, optimality) and ETL/ELT
• Strong Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, scipy statistical methods)
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Superset, equivalents)

Will be a plus

• Experience in the product cluster of Fintech / E-com / Big Tech, with millions of MAU
• Experience applying Causal Inference or Uplift approaches in effect analytics
• Understanding the customer is more important than calculating the metric. Growth comes when you can see the user's job.
• Understanding of classical ML methods (Regression, Classification, Clustering)
• Experience interacting with C-level stakeholders and defending product strategies
