Responsibilities:

– Collect requirements and turn them into development tasks; – Lead dailies, groomings, plannings for two products; – Manage Jira and documentation in Notion; – As the team grows: changelog, retrospectives, tracking dependencies between products.

What's important:

– Similar work experience of 3+ years; – Ability to break down a vague request into clear requirements; – Basic technical understanding (API, front-end/back-end — at a communication level); – Meeting facilitation, attention to detail, autonomy.
