Sber is looking for a data analyst to join the energy management team for comprehensive energy consumption management, energy efficiency improvement, and optimization of energy resource costs.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of energy consumption: assessment of volumes, identification of reasons for overspending, development of optimization recommendations
- Analysis of energy market trends: forecasting, preparation of strategic proposals, interaction with key stakeholders
- Work with large data arrays: identification of hidden dependencies, trends, and anomalies in resource consumption
- Monitoring of automated equipment operation: control of settings, data interpretation, identification of deviations
- Use and maintenance of AI tools (neural networks, analytical platforms) for forecasting and optimizing energy consumption
- Integration of data from information systems and monitoring platforms into unified analytical circuits
- Development of data loading flow architecture and data model design
- Optimization and automation of existing processes (Python);
- Verification of data quality, correctness of calculations, analytical hypotheses, and AI agent decisions
- Collaboration with ML engineers, backend developers, and analysts on improving automated systems (AS)
Requirements
- Advanced level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables, macros, visualization)
- Basic Python, SQL skills for automating data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of Git, Bash tools
- Experience in analyzing large volumes of data and building predictive models
- Preparation of reports and visualization of results for internal clients
- Experience in creating AI agents and using them in work
- Ability to connect and perform initial setup of field equipment (pressure sensors, temperature sensors, flow meters, SCADA controllers)
- Analytical mindset, ability to work independently, possessing the skills and aspiration to promptly find solutions to technical and algorithmic problems, involving experts when necessary
