☑️ Responsibilities -Design new processes and microservice functionality within the service platform, coordinate the work of the development team, and resolve operational issues regarding services in the area of responsibility -Design client paths and user interfaces (UI) for operators supporting processes -Accept results and evaluate the quality of implemented solutions; analyze feedback, metrics, and refine service requirements based on production operation results -Participate in organizing interaction with related teams to achieve common team and project goals -Lead a complex project, ensure transparent reporting on project progress -Identify stakeholders -Identify, gather, and describe requirements -Document requirements in Confluence and JIRA (or equivalents) -Coordinate requirements with stakeholders and the development team -Conduct acceptance testing of implemented functionality and, if necessary, assist in testing -Manage stakeholder expectations -Update requirements

☑️ Candidate Profile -Higher education, preferably in IT, mathematics, or economics -Experience in describing integration solutions using various tools and approaches (Kafka, REST, SOAP, gRPC, ...) -Experience in describing systems with synchronous and asynchronous interaction (understanding the difference) -General knowledge in related fields: information security, control and monitoring systems, data processing -Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts and limitations -Experience in designing/developing high-load applications based on microservice architecture (desirable) -Ability to define system boundaries, types of requirements, and requirement gathering methods -Understanding of requirement quality principles, writing Use Cases and User Stories -Ability to apply modeling notations -Ability to create a logical data storage structure -Ability to write SQL queries with selection from multiple tables, as well as UPDATE and INSERT statements -Ability to describe integration interaction in OpenAPI specifications -High level of communication skills, ability to listen to stakeholders, taking responsibility for the result
