Mandatory:
-Experience in retail
- System analyst experience from 5 years;
- Experience in independent task management from requirements to release;
- Understanding of microservice and distributed architecture;
- Experience in designing REST API and documenting contracts in OpenAPI;
- Understanding of gRPC at the integration contract level;
- Experience in designing relational data models and working with PostgreSQL;
- Ability to write simple and medium complexity SQL queries;
- Proficiency in UML Sequence and C4. Ability to model states and life cycles;
- Experience in NFRs processing: security, availability, performance, idempotency, and observability;
- Understanding of authentication and authorization: JWT/OIDC, API keys, service accounts;
- Experience in testing APIs and integrations using Postman, curl, or similar tools;
- Ability to work with logs, metrics, and distributed traces;
- Ability to conduct interviews and record agreements;
- Experience with internal platforms, developer experience, API Gateway, or IAM;
- Familiarity with AI Gateway, LLM, MCP, and AI agents;
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Envoy Gateway, Vault;
- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or Langfuse;
- Ability to read Go code;
- Experience in conducting technical demos and architectural approvals.
Tasks
- Collect, analyze, and approve functional and non-functional requirements;
- Define service boundaries, areas of responsibility, and system scenarios;
- Design REST and gRPC interactions, API contracts, error models, authorization, and failure handling;
- Describe entity life cycles, states, versioning rules, and access rights;
- Describe processes and build user journeys (UJM/EJM);
- Design data models and PostgreSQL schema changes;
- Prepare C4 and UML Sequence diagrams;
- Decompose solutions into tasks, system scenarios, and acceptance criteria;
- Support development, testing, deployment, and incident analysis;
- Coordinate solutions with the architect, developers, infrastructure, information security, and owners of adjacent systems;
- Maintain specifications and record accepted decisions.
