Hi! We are looking for a strong BA who knows warehouse logistics like the back of their hand. This is a key requirement - we are waiting for an expert who immediately understands warehouse business processes and can translate them into tasks for development.

CONDITIONS: 💸 Salary range: 270,000 – 300,000 RUB 📍 Remote format with periodic business trips. 🏠 Location (we ONLY consider these cities): Bryansk, Volgograd, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Moscow/Moscow Oblast, Nizhny Novgorod, Omsk, Orenburg, Perm, Samara, Tyumen, Ufa, Yaroslavl. There will be business trips. During the onboarding and description phase - 2-3 weeks within the first two months of work. Then situational - 2-3 days per month. To St. Petersburg, Moscow, Yekaterinburg. 📃Employment format: Sole Proprietorship / project-based employment only ⚡️Project duration: Until the end of the year ** WHAT WE DO: We prepare detailed technical specifications, improve processes, facilitate meetings, and "sell" solutions to stakeholders of any level. We work in a product-project paradigm (remote/hybrid).

WHAT IS REQUIRED: ✅ BA experience of 5+ years (strictly!) ✅ Deep expertise in warehouse logistics / Supply Chain ✅ SQL + Excel (mandatory basic stack) ✅ Systems thinking, ability to argue and structure ✅ Public speaking and tough negotiation skills ➕ Will be a plus: knowledge of architectural patterns
