‼️About the Project: Development of a unified electronic window for trade participants. The platform integrates traders, customs, and government agencies into a single digital ecosystem for processing applications for CLP (certificates/licenses/permits), customs declarations, and payments. This is the first vertical service of the future "public services" platform. The project actively uses AI for development automation: code generation, artifacts, tests, documentation.
✅Responsibilities:
- Analysis of the regulatory legal framework for CLP issuance procedures: procedures, decision criteria, validity periods, required documents, signatories;
- On-site inspections of government agencies: interviews with officials, collection of regulations, audit of existing processes. (IMPORTANT: THE FIRST INSPECTION STAGE IS ON-SITE AT THE CLIENT'S PREMISES, THE CLIENT IS ABROAD);
- Business process modeling (BPMN) for handling applications, payments, and inter-agency interaction;
- Formalization of functional system requirements;
- Generation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for each type of CLP;
- Configuration of workflows in Camunda for each type of CLP: statuses, transitions, SLAs, routing between agencies;
- Design of data models, dictionaries, and reference books;
- Analysis of requirements for modules: risk management, payment processing (bank transfers, mobile wallets, deposit accounts), Help Desk;
- Design of interfaces between internal system components;
- Analysis and documentation of integrations with external systems: ministries' systems, banking sector;
- Data mapping between the system and external systems, design of transformations (JSON ↔️ XML ↔️ EDIFACT);
- Participation in integration testing, diagnosis of integration incidents.
✅Additionally:
- Use of AI assistants to accelerate the generation of artifacts: requirements, user stories, test cases, documentation;
- Tasking AI models for code generation, validation, and correction of generated artifacts;
- Preparation of context (prompts, specifications) for AI tools in the domain of foreign trade.
📋Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a system/business analyst in GIS implementation projects, B2G/B2B platforms, or integration projects;
- Proficient in BPMN, UML (use case, activity, sequence, class diagrams);
- Experience with BPM engines (Camunda) — process configuration, routing, SLA;
- Understanding of integration patterns: REST, SOAP, AS2, EDIFACT, message broker (Kafka), data transformation;
- Experience analyzing API contracts, XSD/JSON schemas, data mapping between systems;
- English language: reading technical documentation, ability to communicate with the Client (B2);
- Willingness for business trips (inspections of government agencies);
- Skills in independent work with regulatory legal documentation;
- Proficient user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, equivalents) in the work process.
📋Will be an advantage:
- Experience with customs/trade systems;
- Experience participating in inspections (gathering requirements from the Client on-site).
