Job Summary / About the Role: As our Director, Lifecycle and Retention, you will own Brick’s lifecycle and retention strategy end to end, from identifying opportunities and building campaigns to analyzing performance and continuously improving the customer experience. You’ll lead email, SMS, and other owned channels, building high quality audiences and personalized lifecycle programs that drive engagement, repeat purchase, retention, and LTV. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution, including managing email flows, briefing creative, analyzing cohorts, testing new experiences, and managing our offshore agency. You’ll partner closely with Product, Growth, Creative, Ecommerce, and Customer Experience to reimagine the customer journey across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead and evolve Brick’s lifecycle and retention strategy across email, SMS, and other owned channels, with a focus on conversion, engagement, retention, and LTV.
• Build and optimize lifecycle journeys across purchase, post-purchase, repeat engagement, cross-sell, and win-back.
• Build, own, and evolve the lifecycle analytics and implementation stack, leveraging AI, automation, and customer data capabilities that improve scale, efficiency, and sophistication.
• Grow high-quality owned audiences through onsite capture and acquisition experimentation, using customer data to improve segmentation, personalization, messaging, timing, and offers.
