Head of Retention / CRM (LATAM | Online Casino)**
We are looking for a Head of Retention / CRM for a new online casino targeting LATAM. This is a ground-up role with a strong impact on LTV, ARPU, and retention.
Responsibilities:
• Building CRM / retention strategy • CJM and lifecycle (onboarding → retention → VIP) • Omnichannel communications (email, push, SMS, messengers) • Segmentation and trigger scenarios • Bonuses, promotions, loyalty, and VIP • A/B tests and product interaction • Analytics (LTV, churn, DAU/MAU)
Requirements:
• Experience in iGaming / betting • Strong CRM / retention background • Omnichannel and data-driven approach • Experience working with LATAM • Experience with CRM systems (Braze / Salesforce / etc.) • English — working proficiency ** Conditions:
