Head Chef for Corporate Cafeteria

Responsibilities:**

• Management of the company's corporate cafeterias (3 locations);
• Menu planning and updates, introduction of new dishes;
• Management and training of employees in the technological process of preparing new dishes;
• Control over cooking technology, storage norms, and adherence to technological cards;
• Participation in inventory checks.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in restaurants, corporate cafes, or production workshops;
• Excellent staff management, training, and adaptation skills;
• Knowledge of production documentation, acts, technological cards, calculations, etc.

Conditions:

• 5/2 work schedule;
• Work in a large company.
• Metro stations: Teatralnaya, Ploshchad Revolyutsii.
