What you will do:

• Formulate the technological strategy for the development of MTS BigData within the overall technological strategy of MTS.
• Ensure the compliance of MTS BigData products with the technological strategy.
• Build interaction between MTS BigData and other technological departments: TechGov, Information Security, Architecture, Support.
• Oversee key technological products of MTS BigData: DataOps platform, MLOps platform, MDM system, recommendation platform, scoring platform.
• Disseminate BigData technological platforms and expertise to all MTS products that work with data.
• Promote the company's technological principles.
• Develop the technological competencies of the team.

We expect you to have:

• Understanding of modern methodologies for building data systems: DataOps, DataMesh. Data Management, Data Virtualization, Data Discovery.
• Understanding of the principles of operation and the pros/cons of the main components of Data Platforms: LakeHouse, Data Lake, DWH, Data Catalog, MDM, RDM, Streaming, Data Quality, etc.
• Practical experience in managing teams that have launched data systems.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
• Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and experience in its design.
• Knowledge and understanding of the principles of creating fault-tolerant systems.
• Understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies (k8s, docker, etc.).
• Knowledge of the main principles and methodologies for managing IT development – including DevOps, DevSecOPS, Agile. Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
