What you will do:
- Data Management Strategy:
- Development and implementation of a data management strategy.
- Development of Data Governance, MDM, Metadata Management, and Data Quality.
- Building a corporate data model.
- Data & AI Platform Development:
- Development of a modern data platform.
- Development of an ML platform.
- Implementation of ML and Gen AI into business processes.
- Development of Near Real-Time integrations and optimization of the data platform TCO through FinOps approaches.
- Data & AI Working Culture:
- Development of employee competencies in the field of Data & AI.
- Fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Development of professional communities and educational programs.
- Data Monetization:
- Scaling of Data & AI products.
- Improving the efficiency of business processes and the quality of management decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership position in the data field (Head of Data, Chief Data Officer, or similar position).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Western or Russian) and modern architectural patterns (Data Lakehouse).
- Proven success in implementing AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale data management, master data management (MDM), and data quality programs.
- Experience managing budgets and presenting results to C-level management and sponsors.
- Exceptional leadership qualities — the ability to build and inspire a diverse technical team, as well as influence senior stakeholders without direct authority over them.
- Higher technical education in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
