State Corporation Rosatom is looking for a Director of the Project Office for AI Implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Development, implementation, and ensuring compliance with a unified industry methodology for data and artificial intelligence management
• Strategic leadership of the full lifecycle of AI solutions: from hypothesis generation and validation to industrial implementation, scaling, and efficiency monitoring in production, support, and corporate functions
• Ensuring a measurable contribution of AI initiatives to the Corporation's key business indicators: growth in operational efficiency, labor productivity, and cost reduction
• Development and implementation of a risk management system associated with the development and operation of AI systems (operational, reputational, regulatory, ethical risks)
• Representation and defense of the Corporation's interests in interaction with the Russian Federation's state bodies, development institutions, and industry associations on AI regulation issues
• Formation and implementation of a talent development strategy for the Corporation in the field of AI, including training, professional development, and certification programs for various categories of employees

Requirements:

• Higher education (Candidate of Technical Sciences degree or higher (preferred))
• Successful experience in developing and implementing a data and artificial intelligence management methodology in large organizations
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership positions in the specialty
• Experience working with a large portfolio of hypotheses and implemented projects
• Knowledge of key practices in information and digital technologies
• Knowledge of key approaches to forming a development strategy in the field of information and digital technologies
