A CDO is required for the development company ASTERUS.
ASTERUS has been operating in the Moscow residential and commercial real estate market since 2018. The ASTERUS team brings together professionals in the fields of architecture, construction and building operation, logistics, BIM technologies, and investment management. Functional responsibilities:
- AS-IS data audit: registry of critical datasets, owners, quality, duplicates, manual transfers, data culture
- Development of Data Governance and BI analytics functions at the Strategy level
- Construction and development of DWH architecture (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, S3), ETL/ELT processes
- Management of the BI platform as a single source of truth for the company
- Data quality control, including standards
- Creation and development of data products for internal customers
- Interaction with key stakeholders (marketing, sales, finance, development, investments) to transform requests into analytical solutions
- Analysis of root cause problems in data and implementation of systemic improvements
- Development of Predictive Analytics, including with the use of AI tools
Candidate requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing analytics and DWH teams (from 3 people), including at least 2 years in the role of CDO/Head of Data. Experience in a hybrid resource model (outsourcing engagement)
- Expertise in DWH construction, knowledge of ETL/ELT principles, confirmed practical experience
- Understanding of NSI/MDM: methodology, tools, implementation practice
- Experience in building a data management strategy (Data Strategy & Governance) and processes for data quality and KPI methodology
- Experience in managing BI products and building A/B test analytics
- Ability to build partnerships with customers in the language of business value
- Experience working in companies with multiple business lines and complex data structures
- Systems thinking, proactivity, leadership qualities
Conditions:
- Fixed salary and annual bonus
