We are looking for a German-speaking B2B Project Manager / Technical Client PM at Xmethod 🇩🇪 Xmethod is a custom web/mobile and low-code development team working with B2B clients in DACH. We need a hands-on PM who can independently manage client projects and confidently communicate with clients in German and English.
Key Experience Details: • At least 1 year of experience specifically in custom software development and several projects in the portfolio; • German B2+ for discovery, requirements clarification, scope, timeline, and estimation discussions, presentation, and defense of solutions; • English B2+; Russian is mandatory for working with the team; • Understanding of App Store / Google Play releases and processes; • Experience with client meetings, workshops, presales, and delivery; • Independence, proactivity, and willingness to work hands-on — we are considering a motivated middle or strong junior+ candidate.
Responsibilities: • Manage up to 4 projects at different stages with a cross-functional team of development, QA, and design; • Conduct discovery and presales, translating client needs into a clear plan for the team; • Be responsible for communication, requirements, timelines, risks, and delivery quality; • Work with the CEO, architect, and developers to elaborate on solutions and defend them to the client.
Conditions: • Fully remote, European timezone; • B2B/service contract; • Total income €4,000–€4,500 per month, up to €5,000 for an exceptionally strong match; • Bonus component tied to timely completed presales and ongoing projects; • Business trips within Europe approximately once a month, expenses paid by the company.
