Xmethod — B2B Project Manager / Technical Client PM

We are looking for a German-speaking B2B Project Manager / Technical Client PM at Xmethod 🇩🇪

Xmethod is a custom web/mobile and low-code development team that works with B2B clients in DACH. We need a hands-on PM who can independently manage client projects and confidently communicate with clients in German and English.

What's important: • more than a year of experience specifically in custom software development and several projects in the portfolio; • German B2+ for discovery, clarifying requirements, discussing scope, deadlines, and estimates, presenting and defending solutions; • English from B2; Russian is mandatory for working with the team; • understanding of the SDLC for web/mobile products, releases, and App Store / Google Play processes; • experience with client meetings, workshops, presale, and delivery; • independence, proactivity, and willingness to work hands-on — we are considering a motivated middle or a strong junior+.

Tasks: • manage up to four projects at different stages with a common development, QA, and design team; • conduct discovery and presale, translate client needs into a clear plan for the team; • be responsible for communication, requirements, deadlines, risks, and delivery quality; • work with the CEO, architect, and developers to elaborate on solutions and defend them to the client.

Conditions: • fully remote, European time zone; • B2B/service contract; • total income €4,000–4,500 per month, up to €5,000 for an exceptionally strong fit; • bonus part is linked to on-time presale and projects in progress; • business trips around Europe approximately once a month, expenses paid by the company.
